Our Reviews
I traded in a car for a CPO SUV. The price was good, and my salesman was okay. Their employees are all very young, in their early to mid-20s. My salesman wanted to do whatever he could to make me happy, which was a plus for me, but the finance guy, as soon as he got to the point of showing me the extended warranty crap, I advised him that I was NOT interested in that nor any additional insurance protection. The moment I told him this, he went berserk on me trying to explain the info to me and he became very disrespectful. I almost got up and walked out, if not for the fact that they gave me a good price on the SUV I wanted, plus a decent amount on my trade. It also took them almost a month to get my out-of-state registration done for me. Another lesson learned, never go to Tulley again.
Made an appointment for service a week in advance. First thing in the morning appointment. This was for a check engine light P0442 (Minor issue), an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection.i dropped the truck off at 8:30 am.i called to check on progress at around 1:00 pm. I was told that the vehicle had not even been brought into the bay yet. They then told me that they may be able to do the oil change, but not the engine diagnostic. They would not commit to when they could get it done, stating that they were doing the best that they could, but had cars that have been waiting for a week to get in the scheduled service. They would not commit to when they would do the work. Why they schedule appointments when they know that 5hey don’t have the staff to do the work is beyond me. I had been a customer there for years, event buying vehicles there. They have now lost me as a customer, but I don’t think that they care…
Salesman I dealt with was just kind of rude and they are not very worried about working with you. They seem to just want to make the most money off of you, which leads into my main complaint. They do not accept any outside financing, so they force you to do it through them with extremely high rate. I would have been paying $20000 for a $16000 car.
Awful experience. Car was filthy, scratches all over it. I drove 2 hours and asked ahead of time if the car had dings, scratches etc. They ignored that question completely and let me make the 2 hour drive...I would never ever go back there. Unprofessional and not truthful/upfront with a potential customer. Horrible experience
I wish I had better news. Its almost been a year since purchasing a vehicle at the dealer. The sales person did a great job with no complaints. However, his coworkers in the finance and sales manager sectors lead an unsatisfactory experience as if they were afraid to call a customer back. I had multiple people telling me OPPOSITE things on the status of the vehicle for almost a week after it was paid for. During this time, I could not get an answer on where the title was and got to the point where I had to go to the dealer in order to find out (the customer should not have to chase the business). At this point, I was once again given the wrong information being told everything was at the registry, come to find out later that it was still not there...no surprise. All I wanted was the truth and made it clear I understand things can take longer than expected. It is concerning when spending a large amount of money that there is this much lack of communication to customers from the finance and business office. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I had issues with the fog light hyper flashing... going back and forth with them showing videos and bringing it in they finally replaced it and almost tried to make me pay for it when it was still under ALL warranties. So that eventually got sorted out. Then, on an oil change they didn't rotate the tires saying they were already in good shape... they needed rotating just laziness. Recently I had my rear window broken from the rear defroster and defroster heating element melted this is a recall of my vehicle I called them to ask about it and see what they can do. In doing so, I got no where and they said it was already performed. What good is the recall if it does not even do anything?? This was obviously making me wonder if the recall was even completed or they just checked off the box saying they did it. This is a clear safety concern with melted wires inside my vehicle. All I was told was to contact GM which I then wrote an email to their executive dept. who did return my call but at that point I was already working with insurance to have a local shop replace the glass... someone who can be trusted.
Great experience! Both Peter in sales and Scott in finance were great! Very efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks for making it so easy! See you guys for service!
Many issues with new GMC Sierra. Jeez, where do I start. First, whatever you do, don't purchase a new Sierra 1500. Among the many problems, I've had transmission issues since new, where the truck shutters under acceleration (there are many, many posts regarding this issue that I wished I'd read beforehand). Tulley has been unable to fix it, and now has given up, telling me it's normal (why replace transmission parts as they did 3 months ago, if it's normal). Next, I had them check the brakes this last visit, which they also said were ok, however driving home from the dealer they were grinding as if they were metal to metal (is this normal?). It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a dealership that is so terrible. I didn't want to simply complain, I was interested in a solution, so I politely asked for one of the senior managers, John Murphy, to call me so we could come up with a solution to the transmission and brake issue, and he never called. The dealership finished with my truck at 3PM on Friday while I was at work. At 9AM on Saturday as I was heading out to pick up the truck, I received a voicemail from Tulley they were going to "report my loaner" 'stolen' I assume, if I didn't call them and return it. Yikes! Avoid this dealership at all costs.
Bought my 2017 GMC Denali pickup on 7/17/19 have yet to receive registration so now can't legally drive vehicle. Called dealer 5 days ago left message never received a call back. Tonight I spoke to salesman about a rental. He said he would call me back. Never did. Now its going to cost them.
